As a skin care expert, Betsy Mueller, founder of FaceWorx Aesthetic Studio is passionate about skincare and client education. Betsy brings extensive experience in cosmetic lasers, skin wellness and patient care coordination with a focus on anti-aging treatments and products. She is a certified laser technician with degrees in Business Administration & Health Science and her passion for skincare makes her job an enjoyable experience each day.

Her focus is to create strong, healthy skin that glows. “We’ve, often times, rely on attacking problems when nurturing is the answer, and we’ve trusted skincare brands to have our best interests in mind and many don’t – which can lead to overstripping, inflammation, irritation, breakouts and redness – hence weakened skin.” At FaceWorx Houston, we pride ourselves on a carefully curated menu of medical-grade skincare products, routines and services that will leave your skin healthy, strong and glowing.

Rachel is a bilingual, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and holds a total of 4 degrees. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, she graduated with honors as a member of Sigma Theta Tau for her MSN-NP degree. She has been in healthcare for a grand total of 10 years. Rachel is licensed in the State of Texas and prior to her role as an aesthetic nurse practitioner, Rachel practiced in urgent care and emergency medicine. Rachel is extremely passionate about aesthetics. Her goal is to help her patients feel great and reach all their beauty and health related goals. Rachel has always wanted to be a part of aesthetic medicine and build long-lasting relationships. As a nurse practitioner, she is passionate about helping her patients enhance their natural beauty through the art of aesthetic medicine.

Brock has been in healthcare for over 13 years, and he has been a nurse for 7 of those years. For the past 3 years, Brock has practiced aesthetic medicine in Los Angeles California. He previously worked in Houston as a bedside nurse in local hospitals ranging from ER, ICU, as well as managerial positions. While working for Memorial Hermann Hospital, Brock received the prestegious D.A.I.S.Y award for going above and beyond for his patients. Brock is considered a Master Injector and offers a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anti-aging & full facial balancing.

Dr. Derek Lou is a board-certified and fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon who proudly provides excellent and life-changing aesthetic surgery outcomes from his private practice, Lou Plastic Surgery, in Houston, TX.

A native Texan, Dr. Lou is dedicated to helping patients in the greater Houston Metropolitan area attain the results they desire while feeling fully informed about their options. Dr. Lou was one of nine medical humanitarians honored as a 2018 recipient of the RealSelf fellowship grant for his upcoming trip to Mexico with the Crystal Foundation. Ever-focused on making a difference in the lives of each patient, Dr. Lou has staffed Lou Plastic Surgery and Lou MD Laser & Med Spa with an experienced, compassionate team that works together to make dreams come true.
