Before You Book

Faceworx Aesthetic Studio is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service. As a courtesy to all of our clients, we do not double book our appointments, and your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be on our waiting list. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge any time before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations, appointment changes, and no-shows will result in a $100 charge.

By making your security deposit to secure your appointment, you are acknowledging that you fully understand and agree with our cancellation policy.
